Paige is a fully qualified chiropractor registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), and a member of both the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) and Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC).

She completed 5 years of training at the AECC School of Chiropractic, Health Sciences University (formerly AECC) earning a Master's in Chiropractic. Here she developed a strong foundation in evidence-informed practice, clinical assessment and patient-centred care. She has further developed her clinical experience working in practices across Ferndown, Dorset and Barton-on-Sea, Hampshire.

Paige also holds a Level 4 Award in Sports Massage Therapy, further enhancing her therapeutic technique and understanding of musculoskeletal health.

Before graduating from the AECC College of Chiropractic (now Health Sciences University), I spent eight years working in the marine industry where I experienced firsthand how occupational demands and postural strain can impact the body. After being recommended to see a chiropractor, I was amazed by the positive effects of treatment. This sparked my passion for chiropractic and led me to pursue a career where I could combine my empathetic nature with a hands-on approach to helping others.

I take an individualised approach with every person, working closely to understand your goals and develop a tailored treatment plan that enhances functionality, supports recovery and promotes long-term health and wellbeing. Whether it's relieving occupational stress, improving gym or sport performance, aiding post-injury rehabilitation, or simply optimising daily movement, my focus is always on empowering you to take control of your health through evidence-based care.

Empathy and trust are at the core of my practice. I strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, heard and confident in your treatment.

Having grown up in Poole, Dorset I've always loved being in and around the water.
from Poole Harbour to the beautiful beaches stretching from Branksome Chine to
Sandbanks. Since studying in Southbourne and moving to Christchurch, I've enjoyed
discovering the local and surrounding areas.

Outside of chiropractic, you'll often find me out on the water or exploring with my
terrier Billy.
