Paige Medway

Before graduating from the AECC College of Chiropractic (now Health Sciences University), I spent eight years working in the marine industry where I experienced firsthand how occupational demands and postural strain can impact the body. After being recommended to see a chiropractor, I was amazed by the positive effects of treatment. This sparked my passion for chiropractic and led me to pursue a career where I could combine my empathetic nature with a hands-on approach to helping others.

I take an individualised approach with every client, working closely to understand your goals and develop a tailored treatment plan that enhances functionality, supports recovery and promotes long-term health and well-being. Whether it's relieving occupational stress, improving gym or sport performance, aiding post-injury rehabilitation, or simply optimising daily movement, my focus is always on empowering you to take control of your health through evidence-based care.

Having grown up in Poole, I've always loved being in and around the water. From Poole Harbour to the beautiful beaches stretching from Branksome Chine to Sandbanks. Since studying in Southbourne and moving to Christchurch, I've enjoyed discovering the local and surrounding areas. Outside of chiropractic, you'll often find me out on the water or exploring with my terrier Billy.
