What to expect from your free consultation
This 15-minute consultation is your time to ask questions, tell us about your concerns and discuss what you're hoping to achieve. We'll listen carefully, provide information about chiropractic care, and help you understand whether it may be an appropriate option for you.
Meet your chiropractor before you commit
Chiropractic is a very broad profession, and every chiropractor has their own approach and style of practice. This consultation give you the opportunity to meet one of our chiropractors, learn more about how we work, and decide whether we're the right fit for you before arranging a full assessment. The main thing for us is that you feel comfortable and confident.

Is chiropractic care always suitable?
While we're able to help with most musculoskeletal complaints, there are occasions when chiropractic care may not be the most appropriate option. This may be because your concern falls outside our scope of practice, further investigations may be required, or another healthcare provider may be better placed to help. If that's the case we'll let you know and discuss the most appropriate next steps.

To make these consultations as accessible as possible they can be carried out by phone, video call or in person at the clinic. Please let us know your preference when booking.
